Prescription Refills

Please call our prescription line directly for refill requests (ext 150)

Call yourself----Don't leave it to the pharmacy to call us for your annual renewals

We will call in prescriptions to your pharmacy within 24 hours

Narcotic prescriptions require 3 days' notice

For mail order, we will write out your annual prescriptions and give them to you for to mail in. (We can no longer fax them for you)
